1204b07cf7 layerindex: allow Repository subdir to be 60 chars 
https://github.com/webosose/meta-webosose has layers like:
meta-webos-backports/meta-webos-backports-4.1
which is 45 characters.

Allow for up to 60 characters in the vcs_subdir field in the LayerBranch class.
