4266d8aec1 Add script to fetch all repos under a github organisation 
Add a script to fetch/update all repositories within a GitHub
organisation. Note that to run this you will need an access token, which
you can create by going to GitHub and then
Settings -> Developer Settings -> Personal access tokens.
