LF-14084 arm64: dts: imx95-15x15-evk: Keep m2 regulator always on

Browse Source 
To avoid the mis-trigger from the wakeup sources on M.2 port when
system enters into suspend mode and M.2 regulator is gated off.
Let M.2 regulator always on.
