drm/msm/dpu: check for overflow in _dpu_crtc_setup_lm_bounds()

] Make _dpu_crtc_setup_lm_bounds() check that CRTC width is not overflowing LM requirements. Rename the function accordingly. Fixes:25fdd5933e
