ANDROID: GKI: Add vendor hook define for Honor ogki
Add the hook definition in the header and in vendor_hooks.c. These vh/rvh only for ogki and resolve the symbol issue. Bug: 359735477 Change-Id: I3963803ff76335fbf655674c7a7f1d2f5b9a56b5 Signed-off-by: Dezhi Huang <huangdezhi@hihonor.com>
