Revert "irqchip/gic-v4: Don't allow a VMOVP on a dying VPE"
This reverts commit01282ab518
which is commit1442ee0011
upstream. It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future in an abi-safe way if it is really needed. Bug: 161946584 Change-Id: I4ed1631c4442d7ef3310401d21c1cd183a5c927a Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@google.com>
