Xu Yang ef54b251a4 LF-12813 usb: dwc3: host: fix v6.6.36 merge conflict ... DWC3 host driver has problem after v6.6.36 merge completed. This will fix the conflict by remove one platform_device_add_data(), then assign dwc3_pdata->xhci_priv->quirks to dwc3_xhci_plat_quirk.quirks, finally use dwc3_xhci_plat_quirk as xhci platform data.
