Documentation: process: Also mention Sasha Levin as stable tree maintainer

Sasha has also maintaining stable branch in conjunction with Greg
since cb5d21946d ("MAINTAINERS: Add Sasha as a stable branch
maintainer"). Mention him in 2.Process.rst.
