bdf1565fe0 selftests/tc-testing: match any qdisc type
We should not always presume all kernels use pfifo_fast as the default qdisc.

For example, a fq_codel qdisk could have below output:
qdisc fq_codel 0: parent 1:4 limit 10240p flows 1024 quantum 1514 target 5ms interval 100ms memory_limit 32Mb ecn drop_batch 64

625af9f029 tc-testing: Add control-plane selftests for sch_mq
Recently we added multi-queue support to netdevsim in commit d4861fc6be
("netdevsim: Add multi-queue support"); add a few control-plane selftests
for sch_mq using this new feature.

Use nsPlugin.py to avoid network interface name collisions.

3a62fed2fd net/sched: fq_pie: re-factor fix for fq_pie endless loop
the patch that fixed an endless loop in_fq_pie_init() was not considering
that 65535 is a valid class id. The correct bugfix for this infinite loop
is to change 'idx' to become an u32, like Colin proposed in the past [1].

Fix this as follows:
 - restore 65536 as maximum possible values of 'flows_cnt'
 - use u32 'idx' when iterating on 'q->flows'
 - fix the TDC selftest

This reverts commit bb2f930d6d.

we can't accept 65536 as a valid number for 'nflows', because the loop on
'idx' in fq_pie_init() will never end. The extack message is correct, but
it doesn't say that 0 is not a valid number for 'flows': while at it, fix
this also. Add a tdc selftest to check correct validation of 'flows'.

c11a99e794 tc-testing: use dedicated DUMMY interface name for dummy dev
A lot of tests reuse $DEV1 veth name for naming dummy device. This causes
problem when tdc is invoked without specifying a test group and tries to
execute all tests. In this case tdc instantiates ns plugin, which creates
veth pair once before running tests. However, if any of the tests that
reuse $DEV1 run before test that depend on ns plugin, it will delete $DEV1
as a part of teardown section:

Fix the issue by introducing standalone $DUMMY config variable and
substitute all usage of $DEV1 in tests that don't depend on ns plugin.
