Updates to the usual drivers (ufs, lpfc, fnic, qla2xx, mpi3mr) The major core change is the renaming of the slave_ methods plus a bit of constification. The rest are minor updates and fixes. make pdfdocs. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
