apalis-imx6: add machine configuration

The Toradex Apalis iMX6 computer module is based on i.MX 6.

The Apalis iMX6 is a member of the pincompatible Apalis family.

They feature on module RAM and EMMC, Ethernet PHY, Resistive Touch
Controller and Audio Codec.
