Main changes are:
- Merge v4.9.128 stable release
- Enable Cypress cyttsp5 touch controller
- Fix i.MX8MQ HDMI audio bitrates
- Add EETI EXC3000 touch support
- Add LCM JM430 display support (MIPI to LCD)
- Fix i.MX8MQ DCSS colors issue (REC.709)
- Enable Sitronix st1633 touch controller

OpenEmbedded/Yocto BSP layer for Freescale's ARM based platforms

This layer provides support for Freescale's ARM based platforms for use with OpenEmbedded and/or Yocto Freescale's BSP layer.

This layer depends on:
