Leon Anavi a44d03d8c7 u-boot-imx: 4GB RAM for Olimex iMX8MP SOM EVB IND 
Update the Olimex iMX8MP SOM EVB IND configurations to make them
more independent from imx8mp_evk, and set the RAM to 4GB.
