Otavio Salvador 6d79ae9eda imx6ul-pico: Rework machine configuration
This reworks the machine configuration so:

 - it uses a generic name, as it works with multiple baseboards;
 - make use of extlinux configuration support

OpenEmbedded/Yocto BSP layer for Freescale's ARM based platforms

This layer provides support for Freescale's ARM based platforms for use with OpenEmbedded and/or Yocto Freescale's BSP layer.
