Otavio Salvador 83e8f04f08 netbase: Remove persistency MAC script 
The machine uses the 'net-persistent-mac' package to provide this
feature and this script were forgot to be removed when moving to
it. While on that, updates the bbapend version to follow OE-Core
upgrade.

OpenEmbedded/Yocto BSP layer for Freescale's ARM based platforms

This layer provides support for Freescale's ARM based platforms for use with OpenEmbedded and/or Yocto Freescale's BSP layer.
