Eric Nelson cae491bda0 linux-boundary: remove version number from 3.10.17 kernel
The 3.10.17 version is added automatically by the build process,
so it's not needed in LOCALVERSION.

As Diego reported, without this patch, 'uname -r' and kernel modules
are oddly-named:
        /lib/modules/3.10.173.10.17_beta+yocto
