Stefan Agner 98bba2472b mqxboot: Add mqxboot version 1 ... Like libmcc v1, move mqxboot 1.0 to meta-fsl-arm-extra. Also add it to the preferred version for the colibri-vf machine. The library has a distinct name (libmcc vs. libmcc2) and hence does not need to be selected explicitly.
