Tom Hochstein b37a332b13 qtbase: Add i.MX 8 configuration 
- 8M Quad has 3D but no 2D, so fix the override for GPU patches
- Add gbm and kms for all i.MX 8 with GPU
- Add vulkan for all i.MX 8 with GPU except 8M Mini
