Otavio Salvador fad9114e7e packagegroup-fsl-mfgtool: Add f2fs feature 
The f2fs feature allow the use of Flash-Friendly File System for
installation.

The feature is added as a bbappend file dynamically enabled if
meta-filesystem is available.
