fsl-imx-base.inc: Enable gles2 PACKAGECONFIG through distro [YOCIMX-7167]

gles2 was disabled for non GPU parts in qtbase because of the performance issues.
However, it broke the imx93 qt3d/qtdatavis3d builds as opengl is in the default DISTRO_FEATURES.
Restore gles2 through distro setting so it gives flexibility for the customers to
not include it.
