Replace WORKDIR with UNPACKDIR in -DFETCHCONTENT_SOURCE_DIR_TENSORFLOW setting,
as default unpack path is changed in Yocto 5.1 Styhead.

e0e2754015 meta-imx: add necessary dependent layers for meta-ml 
When parsing yocto project with command "bitbake -p", there is below
error reported:
layers/meta-imx/meta-ml/recipes-libraries/modelrunner/modelrunner_2.0.0.bb:10:
Could not inherit file classes/fsl-eula-unpack.bbclass
Because the necessary dependent layers of meta-ml is not
downloaded when setting up project, add them to avoid building
issue.

The package does depend on libOpenCL.so at runtime. Fixes:
