21954cacda distro: Enable systemd unmanaged network [LF-5797] 
Our test environment running rootfs over NFS requires to set systemd
network configuration to unmanaged. Enable the unmanaged network
configuration from the distro.

c60cf3aa9a systemd: Make unmanaged network configurable [LF-5797] 
The unmanaged network configuration should not be enabled for all builds.
Make it configurable, disabled by default.

Update 0001-pcm-direct-Propagate-error-code-from-snd_pcm_direct_.patch,
       0002-pcm-direct-Improved-suspend-resume-support.patch,
       0003-pcm-direct-Move-slave-PCM-state-checks-into-XRUN-che.patch,
       0004-pcm-direct-Check-xrun-suspend-before-the-slave-hwptr.patch
Have new patch integrated, so remove 0004-pcm-Don-t-store-the-state-for-SND_PCM_STATE_SUSPENDE.patch

e4007b418a Revert "systemd: Use tag v251-rc1 to resolve NFS rootfs problem [LF-5797]" 
Issue is fixed by f29301a, so drop back to released version of systemd.

73f326d646 systemd: network: add custom network file to avoid dhcp when mount NFS [LF-5797] 
Don't run dhcp if mount NFS to avoid IPAddr change during suspend/resume stress
test.
The error log:
