7fa7a68f54 imx-gpu-viv: Align vulkan implementation with meta-freescale 
In meta-freescale, the Vulkan ICD config file is now properly located
in the imx-gpu-viv package that contains the implementation, libvulkan-imx.

Adapt meta-imx for this, adding a copy of the json file, and updating our
local copy of do_install.

8c07b5eebd vulkan-validationlayers: Drop Vulkan ICD config file install 
The json file for the i.MX vulkan implementation is properly located now
with the implementation in the imx-gpu-viv package libvulkan-imx.
