408525a46d el2go-agent: disable ASNEEDED [YOCIMX-8498] 
libsmw and libmedcrypto are both brought into the link because they are
transitive dependencies of the agent shared library. To make sure the
linker selects the former for the needed symbols, drop the --as-needed
flag.

c498cf7a20 el2go-agent-mbedtls: add -fPIC to CFLAGS [YOCIMX-8498] 
The built libraries will be linked into the agent shared library, need to
build with -fPIC (position-independent code).

bc8a6538e5 imx-gpu-viv: Stop providing OpenCL API [MGS-7550] 
Khronos provides headers and an ICD loader that frees each OpenCL
implementation from having to provide them. Switch our implementation
to take advantage of this.

Also, rename the package to imx-gpu-viv-opencl-icd to align with other
implementations:
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/ocl-icd-libopencl1
