mkgalileodisk.wks: WiC image for Galileo Gen 1/2

Browse Source 
WiC script to create an EFI image for Galileo Gen 1/2. This
differs from the reference EFI image that is shipped with Poky as
follows.

 * Removed the swap partition.
 * Change to Kernel Cmd Line for Galileo, updating console etc.
