layer.conf: Use only kirkstone as LAYERSERIES_COMPAT

Browse Source 
Due to the variables rename in the scope of inclusive language, the
layer is not compatible with older versions. This change drops all
versions but kirkstone from LAYERSERIES_COMPAT.
