intel-common: Set common PACKAGE_ARCH for linux-yocto-rt

Browse Source 
The linux-yocto/meta support is now available for the intel-core*
machines and the preempt-rt kernel. Enable the common PACKAGE_ARCH in
intel-common-pkgarch.inc.
