which is not needed anymore
Backport a fix from main branch to fix build issues.
Move do_install:append:class-native to individual recipe

opencl-clang project release branches links to
different LLVM versions. So, in order to use latest igc version
with both clang 10.x and 9.x, added seprated recipes.
