e0486da748 opencl-clang: upgrade 8.0.0 -> 8.0.1 
Switch to using latest on ocl-release-80 branch and to using
using lld for native builds to remain in sync with clang layer.

9c62233238 opencl-clang: move to a separate recipe 
Since this is managed as a separate repository, build it as a separate
component instead of bundling with LLVM/clang.
