Zoltán Böszörményi efb2dee658 onednn: Move RDEPENDS of PACKAGECONFIG[gpu] to a separate setting 
This allows using a different OpenCL backend (like
intel-compute-runtime-legacy1 from meta-clang-revival),
or multiple ones, so the same image can support different
platforms.
