This is due to recent packaging chagnes in meta-clang

Error log:
do_package_qa: QA Issue: /usr/bin/ispc contained in package ispc
requires libclang-cpp.so.15()(64bit), but no providers found
in RDEPENDS:ispc? [file-rdeps]
