libipt : set a baseline policy version for cmake 
Cmake upgrade to 4.0+ removes compatibility with versions older than 3.5 [1].

Set a baseline policy version for CMake using
CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM variable until until libipt is upgraded to include the fix [2].

OpenEmbedded/Yocto BSP layer for Intel platforms.

Dependencies

This layer primarily depends on OpenEmbedded-Core (OE-Core). However, certain recipes may require additional layers to support optional features or programming languages not supported by OE-Core. Such recipes are located within the dynamic-layers directory.
