Subject: [PATCH] pyproject.toml: Remove hard-coded dependencies
The upstream pyproject.toml has hard-coded dependencies on specific
versions of wheel and setuptools. This breaks builds of pylint
2.17.3, so patch it to remove the pinned versions.
