Currently tinyxml2 is built with meson, which doesn't generate files in /usr/lib/cmake
Use cmake instead. This will generate files in both /usr/lib/cmake and /usr/lib/pkgconfig
and allow cmake projects to find libtinyxml2.
Avoids errors such as:

Compilation fails due to undefined types 'uint16_t' and 'uint32_t' in
zip_writer.h. These types are used in struct members but are not recognized
because the required header <cstdint> is not included. This results in
errors such as:
error: 'uint16_t' does not name a type

The build fails due to a macro redefinition conflict for `unreachable()`.
GCC 15.2.0 defines `unreachable()` in `stddef.h`, and `libunwind_i.h` also
defines it based on the presence of `HAVE__BUILTIN_UNREACHABLE`. This causes
a redefinition error when building with `-Werror`.
Added a guard around the `unreachable()` macro definition in `libunwind_i.h`
to ensure it is only defined if not already present.

The build fails with a compiler error due to a macro redefinition of 'write'
to '___xxx_write'. This macro substitution interferes with the standard C++
library's definition of std::basic_ostream::write, leading to a mismatch
between function declarations and definitions in <ostream.tcc>.
Wrap the `#undef write` and `#define write ___xxx_write` directives with
`#if defined(__ANDROID__)` to ensure they are only applied when building
for
Android.

identify, etc.) each implemented by their corresponding *.im7 binaries.
The main 'magick' CLI wrapper binary was not included in the ALTERNATIVE list,
This leave '/usr/bin/magick' missing in the image causing scripts and ptests

The `gpsmon` tool is really deprecated now, after years of its use being
discouraged. The `cgps` tool can be used as a replacement, with the
added benefit that it's more power-efficient because it doesn't reparse
with a slightly different parses like `gpsmon` did.
Drop patch that was applied upstream in https://gitlab.com/gpsd/gpsd/-/merge_requests/406
Upstream changelog:

Add minimal support for Unicore GNSS messages.
Add minimal support for CASIC GNSS messages.
Add minimal support for buggy Inertial Sense GNSS messages.
Try to work better as non-root using non-standard "capabilities".
Add SUBSYSTEM=gnss rule to gpsd.rules
Moved ntploggps from NTPSec to GPSD and renamed to gpslogntp.
Fix many build, Coverity, and Codacy warnings.
Improved Python interface for the lexer.
Add support for new BeiDou PRNs and subframes.
Officially deprecate gpsmon.
Improve support for NMEA 4.11 (a stealthy moving target).
Remove Oceanserver IMU support. Never worked well.
Always with build ubx, NMEA 103, rtcm104v2 and rtcm104v3 support.
Add support for jamming detection.
Add Go client example.
Add support for RTCM3.2
Note: The new "chunk" code led to a short lived bug that led to
CVE-2023-43628, a buffer overrun. That bug never appeared in

The descrec test fails currently, due to the different characterwidth
postgres uses depending on the current locale.
If the locale is C or posix, then each character is 1 byte. Otherwise,
if it's some UTF8 locale, then it is 4 bytes.
The test case expects 4 byte width by default, making it fail. This backported patch
allows for both 4 and 1 byte characters to be tested successfully.

application (like evtest), and not a test suite. Also, the recipe did not
provide a run-ptest script.
Fix it by installing the actual tests, and adding a run-ptest script.
Note that the test folder structure looks like a gnome desktop test suite
(and the application is under the gnome umbrella), however the project
doesn't provide all necessary scaffolding for gnome-desktop-test to work, so
the tests are executed directly from the run-ptest script.

Since commit 91e428d4cd ("opencv: Support building for native"),
opencv can be built on a native target. However, not all of their
PACKAGECONFIG dependencies (ade, libgphoto2, ffmpeg, gstreamer1.0 and
gstreamer1.0-plugins-base) can be built in this context due to the
missing native BBCLASSEXTEND.
These recipes would need to be extended for native build, but specific
work is required to ensure they work properly. To make opencv-native work
for now, remove the above features for the native build.
Effectively, PACKAGECONFIG for native is target minus gapi, gstreamer,
gphoto2 and libav.

This patch was deleted in commit f3cd830c09 ("mariadb: 11.4.8")

The --with-smart option behind the feature "smart" relies on the drivedb.h
header, provided by smartmontools package (/usr/share/smartmontools/drivedb.h).
However the dependencies (DEPENDS) miss this package. Furthermore, if the
--with-drivedb option is not used, the configuration step will search for the
file first on the host's rootfs. This may result in the wrong header being picked,
or the --with-smart option being silently disabled due to incomplete dependencies
(causing missing header).
The header is now guaranteed to be present due to an added dependency in the
"smart" feature, and its location is specified by the --with-drivedb option.

This upgrade contains a fix for CVE-2024-47175.
Changelog:
2.1.1:
-pdftops: Use Poppler for a few old Epson laser printers This
works around documents being printed off-centre, shifted towards
the top right. Affected are printers using epsoneplijs:
EPL-5700L, EPL-5800L, EPL-5900L, EPL-6100L, EPL-6200L.
-Fixed bugs discovered by static analyzer OpenScanHub Possible
buffer overflows, uninitialized memory, format string issues
and resource leaks, ...
-Fix crash bugs in ppdLoadAttributes() When parsing the
"*cupsFilter(2): ..." lines in the PPD file use memmove() instead
of strcpy() as the latter does not support handling overlapping
memory portions and do not move running pointer beyond the end
of the input string.
2.1.0:
-Prevent PPD generation based on invalid IPP response Overtaken
from CUPS 2.x: Validate IPP attributes in PPD generator, refactor
make-and-model code, PPDize preset and template names, quote PPD
localized strings. Fixes CVE-2024-47175.
2.1b:
-Added support for libcups3 (libcups of CUPS 3.x) With these changes
libcupsfilters can be built either with libcups2 (libcups of CUPS 2.x)
or libcups3 (libcups of CUPS 3.x).
-Prefer PDF again in PPDs for driverless printers PDF works better with
finishing, especially combinations of multiple copies, collation, and
stapling/binding.
-Use 0.5mm as tolerance when comparing page sizes For the PWG two page
sizes are considered the same when the dimensions differ no more than
0.5 mm, libppd used too tight tolerances.
-PPD generator: Check for required attributes when choosing input format
Check for PCLm and PWG the minimum of attributes which we require
during PPD generation.
-ppdLoadAttributes(): Improve check whether parameters are integer
-ppdLoadAttributes(): Fix crash when page size could not get determined
-Fix crash if there is no page size for "Custom"
-Fix crash when incoming *ptr is NULL
-libcups2 compatibility: Use proper CUPS array callback function types
Fixed CUPS array function call in libcups2 compatibility layer
-Build system: Fix failure to correctly link to zlib Look up zlib
properly with pkg-config

Changelog:
v49: https://github.com/rollbear/trompeloeil/releases/tag/v49
Highlights:
- Added mocking macros that infers function arity from a trailing return
type syntax signature.
- Added .RT_TIMES() to exceptations, which works like .TIMES()
but where the limits are only known at runtime.
- Added several new composable matchers.
- When an expectation is constrained by several .WITH() clauses, a
violation report will only include the first failed condition,
short cirquiting the logic.
v48: https://github.com/rollbear/trompeloeil/releases/tag/v48
Highlights:
- Fixed memory leak when adding an action (.RETURN, .SIDE_EFFECT, etc)
throws.
- Dropped older compilers from CI builds (gcc <= 6 and clang <= 7) since
GitHub actions now require node-20, and no build environment is
currently available that both supports node-20 and older compilers.
- Support for STDMETHOD functions for COM.
- Fixed issue with std::expected causing compilation error.
- Silenced gcc -Weffc++ warnings.

a random build identifier will be generated for each build. This breaks
reproducibility. Set BUILD_IDENTIFIER to ${PV} to ensure the identifier
remains constant across builds.

Currently packages like Mesa list 'opengl' and 'vulkan' as required
DISTRO_FEATURES, disabling GPU support for non-graphics-enabled cases.
However in the modern world it's a perfectly fine usecase to have a
headless box with GPU being used by OpenCL only. The OE-Core has added
the 'opencl' DISTRO_FEATURE, making it possible to specify whether
OpenCL is enabled or not and also making it possible to enable GPU
packages if only OpenCL is required.
Follow the example of GLVND and vulkan-loader and disable OpenCL ICD
packages if corresponding feature is not enabled.
