bf4a826c7d net-snmp: upgrade 5.9.1 -> 5.9.3
Upgrade summary:
----------------
- drop 0002-configure-fix-a-cc-check-issue.patch, as it was replaced with
  upstream commit https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/commit/dbb49acfa2af
- drop 0001-snmpd-always-exit-after-displaying-usage.patch backport
- rebase net-snmp-5.7.2-fix-engineBoots-value-on-SIGHUP.patch manually
- refresh patches with devtool to get rid of fuzz

Changelog:
----------
*5.9.3*:
security:
  - These two CVEs can be exploited by a user with read-only credentials:
      - CVE-2022-24805 A buffer overflow in the handling of the INDEX of
        NET-SNMP-VACM-MIB can cause an out-of-bounds memory access.
      - CVE-2022-24809 A malformed OID in a GET-NEXT to the nsVacmAccessTable
        can cause a NULL pointer dereference.
  - These CVEs can be exploited by a user with read-write credentials:
      - CVE-2022-24806 Improper Input Validation when SETing malformed
        OIDs in master agent and subagent simultaneously
      - CVE-2022-24807 A malformed OID in a SET request to
        SNMP-VIEW-BASED-ACM-MIB::vacmAccessTable can cause an
        out-of-bounds memory access.
      - CVE-2022-24808 A malformed OID in a SET request to
        NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB::nsLogTable can cause a NULL pointer dereference
      - CVE-2022-24810 A malformed OID in a SET to the nsVacmAccessTable
        can cause a NULL pointer dereference.
  - To avoid these flaws, use strong SNMPv3 credentials and do not share them.
    If you must use SNMPv1 or SNMPv2c, use a complex community string
    and enhance the protection by restricting access to a given IP address
    range.
  - Thanks are due to Yu Zhang of VARAS@IIE and Nanyu Zhong of VARAS@IIE for
    reporting the following CVEs that have been fixed in this release, and
    to Arista Networks for providing fixes.

Windows:
  - WinExtDLL: Fix multiple compiler warnings
  - WinExtDLL: Make long strings occupy a single line Make it easier to
    look up error messages in the source code by making long strings
    occupy a single source code line.
  - WinExtDLL: Restore MIB-II support Make winExtDLL work on 64-bit
    Windows systems") caused snmpd to skip MIB-II on 64-bit systems.

IF-MIB: Update ifTable entries even if the interface name has changed
    At least on Linux a network interface index may be reused for a
    network interface with a different name. Hence this patch that
    enables replacing network interface information even if the network
    interface name has changed.

unspecified:
  - Moved transport code into a separate subdirectory in snmplib
  - Snmplib: remove inline versions of container funcs".

misc:
  - snmp-create-v3-user: Fix the snmpd.conf path   @datadir@ is
    expanded in ${datarootdir} so datarootdir must be set before
    @datadir@ is used.

*5.9.2*:
skipped due to a last minute library versioning found bug -- use 5.9.3 instead

ee3c680c30 audit: Upgrade to 3.0.8 and fix build with linux 5.17+
audit errors out due to swig munging it does with kernel headers

| audit_wrap.c: In function '_wrap_audit_rule_data_buf_set':
| audit_wrap.c:4701:17: error: cast specifies array type
|  4701 |     arg1->buf = (char [])(char *)memcpy(malloc((size)*sizeof(char)), (const char *)(arg2), sizeof(char)*(size));

|  4701 |     arg1->buf = (char [])(char *)memcpy(malloc((size)*sizeof(char)), (const char *)(arg2), sizeof(char)*(size));
|       |               ^

|  4703 |     arg1->buf = 0;
|       |               ^

linux/audit.h and make the needed change in local audit.h and make
needed arrangements in build to use it when building audit package

349f0be073 vboxguestdrivers: fix build against 5.19 kernel / libc-headers
We've bounced back and forth with the mixed libc/kernel module structure of
these drivers. In particular the location and content of stdarg.h has caused
compile problems, or can't be located.

In particular kernel versions have issues with stdarg.h and compatibility
with the sysroot and libc-headers/uapi. If we include the file directly from
the kernel source (STAGING_KERNEL_DIR) we get conflicting types on many
structures, due to kernel .h files being found before libc .h files. if we
grab just this one file from the source, and put it into our file structure,
everything holds together.

Plus, we get to drop a patch we are carrying to change the include of
stdarg.h

ba38106eb4 spdlog: update to v1.10.0
Bump fmt to version 8.1.1.
Added file event handlers #2165, #2169 Thanks @seker.
You can get callbacks from spdlog before/after log file has been opened or closed.
This is useful for cleanup procedures or for adding something to the start/end of the log files. Example:
  void file_events_example()
  {
    // pass the spdlog::file_event_handlers to file sinks for open/close log file notifications
    spdlog::file_event_handlers handlers;
    handlers.before_open = [](spdlog::filename_t filename) { spdlog::info("Before opening {}", filename); };
    handlers.after_open = [](spdlog::filename_t filename, std::FILE *fstream) { fputs("After opening\n", fstream); };
    handlers.before_close = [](spdlog::filename_t filename, std::FILE *fstream) { fputs("Before closing\n", fstream); };
    handlers.after_close = [](spdlog::filename_t filename) { spdlog::info("After closing {}", filename); };
    auto my_logger = spdlog::basic_logger_st("some_logger", "logs/events-sample.txt", true, handlers);
  }

7c44094532 networkmanager: fix iptables and nft paths
The NetworkManager meson.build is searching for iptables and nft by
passing absolute paths to meson's find_program. The result is that it
locates tools on the host machine when they exist at those locations. If
they don't, it uses default locations. This often works out, but in some
cases, such as when the host uses a merged usr scheme and the build
target does not, the paths will be incorrect and the tools won't be
found at runtime.

These could be PACKAGECONFIG options, but since they have fallback
values, completely disabling the use of either iptables or nft would
require patching the meson.build or setting a bogus location.

Note that this meson.build file follows the same pattern elsewhere, but
most cases are already covered by PACKAGECONFIG options.
