Replace references of WORKDIR with UNPACKDIR where it makes sense to do
so in preparation for changing the default value of UNPACKDIR.

This is temporary work around just to hide _many_ warnings from
optional patch-status (if you add it to WARN_QA).
This just added
Upstream-Status: Pending
everywhere without actually investigating what's the proper status.
This is just to hide current QA warnings and to catch new .patch files being
added without Upstream-Status, but the number of Pending patches is now terrible:

It shows an warning of openl2tp in systemd log:
| /lib/systemd/system/openl2tpd.service:8: PIDFile= references a path
| below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/openl2tpd.pid →
| /run/openl2tpd.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.
Update the systemd service file to fix the warning.
Update SRC_URI as well that the homepage openl2tp.org has been closed.
Use archived file on sourceforge instead.

Ipv6 address type is "u_int8_t s6_addr[16]", so
compare use memcmp. htonl is for ipv4, and return uint32_t.

OpenL2TP is an open source L2TP client / server, written specifically
for Linux. It has been designed for use as an enterprise L2TP VPN server
or in commercial, Linux-based, embedded networking products and is able
to support hundreds of sessions, each with different configuration.
It is used by several ISPs to provide L2TP services and by corporations
to implement L2TP VPNs.
