All downloaded files and sstates for the recipes were cleaned, build was got from stratch and no errors were encoutered.

Migrate to use setuptools instead of distutils
merge slip.dbus into slip module since we use
slip.dbus, it works fine for OE

This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:
oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".
