The conditional DEPENDS was added for opendocument-plugin. Problem solving this
by PACKAGECONFIG is that --enable-plugins enables all plugins. Changing that to
--enable-plugins=<list of plugins> is a list which needs maintenance for future
versions of abiword. The change affects users adding meta-office in their
layers only. These tend to building libreoffice which DEPENDS on the additional
DEPENDS set her anyway - so there is not much additional build for these users.

With the update of gphoto to a version with the 2.5 API gvfs do_compile
failes with:

Both libwnck and libwnck3 install the commandline tools 'wnck-urgency-monitor'
and 'wnckprop' to bindir. The packages depending on libwnck were checked: In
none of them there is a trace for these tools.
To avoid conflicts the tools are installed by libwnck3 only. If something
requires 'wnck-urgency-monitor' or 'wnckprop' it needs to install libwnck3.

by updating modemmanager configuration of network-manager-applet now auto
detects modemmanager - the old version had no (lib)mm-glib. By using a
packageconfig build is deterministic again.

Runlevel 5 is traditionally graphical. If it starts in runlevel 2
or 3 systemd gets confused and adds it as a dependency of the
multi-user target, not just the graphical target.

* g_memmove was deprecated ib glib-2.0 2.40
* opening a remote connection created by gigolo with thunar failed with:
