02023c1543 atftp: move to meta-networking and tweak 
* Add origin and Upstream-Status to patches
* Set SUMMARY instead of DESCRIPTION
* Add ${PN}d to PACKAGES instead of atftpd to be consistent with the
  rest of the recipe
