python3-gmpy2: Upgrade 2.1.5 -> 2.2.1 
Upgrade to release 2.2.1:

- Bug fix: use C int instead of C char for some internal code
- Bug fix: add xmpz.bit_count method

Drop 0001-src-fix-python-3.12-builds.patch because a similar
change has been implemented upstream and the patch is not needed.

The project has a proper pyproject.toml which declares the
setuptools.build.meta PEP-517 backend.

Fixes:
WARNING: python3-gmpy2-2.2.1-r0 do_check_backend: QA Issue:
inherits setuptools3 but has pyproject.toml with
setuptools.build_meta, use the correct class [pep517-backend]

Introduction

This layer is intended to be the home of python modules for OpenEmbedded.

The meta-openembedded mailinglist (openembedded-devel@lists.openembedded.org) is used for questions, comments and patch review. It is subscriber only, so please register before posting.

Send pull requests to openembedded-devel@lists.openembedded.org with '[meta-python]' in the subject.

When sending single patches, please use something like: git send-email -M -1 --to=openembedded-devel@lists.openembedded.org --subject-prefix='meta-python][PATCH'
