pavucontrol: update SRC_URI 
Server's https certificate isn't valid for freedesktop.org without www
prefix, refer [1]. Update SRC_URI to fix do_fetch warning

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
