Bartosz Golaszewski db74afe6f4 python3-matplotlib: add packaging to RDEPENDS 
matplotlib needs python3-packaging at runtime. Add it to the package's
RDEPENDS.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
