Trevor Woerner d6ffd0afc4 COMPATIBLE_MACHINE cleanup
The COMPATIBLE_MACHINE strings were getting unwieldy, so switch to the
MACHINEOVERRIDE notation so they're neater.

OpenEmbedded BSP layer for Rockchip boards

About:

The purpose of this layer is to provide OpenEmbedded BSP support for
Rockchip-based devices using upstream sources as much as possible.
