lxc: fix reboot for Busybox containers
Busybox powered containers rely on a different signal for reboot - SIGTERM, rather than the default SIGINT. Apply the upstream support adding the infrastructure for defining a custom reboot signal for a container, and default this signal to SIGTERM for Busybox containers. The original patches have been applied on the upstream master LXC branch, and required a minor backport.
