SRC_URI no longer works, server return 503. Replace server with github
address.

Update the SRC_URI to the author's new site where the hosted files match
the existing md5sum and sha256sum.

The SRC_URI of the source code was returning a 404. After locating the correct URI
for this version of the source code, updated the SRC_URI & hashes.
