Importing libslirp to meet the requirements of the updated slirp4netns. This is very similar to: https://github.com/schnitzeltony/meta-retro/blob/master/recipes-support/slirp/libslirp.bb But we create our own recipe for now, as we don't want to introduce more layer dependencies.
