Bruce Ashfield 7690f23071 umoci: add -native variant ... In preparation for using umoci along side of sloci as to construct multi later oci images, we need a -native variant. For now, we don't need skopeo on the host side, so we clear it from the class-native RDEPENDS. Skopeo has significant dependencies, so we'd rather avoid ever needing it as a -native tool.
