Zibo Zhao 97e1bb100c Add udev dependency for multipath-tools package 
mutipath-tools package has build time dependency on udev.
Without it, following build error will occur:

| compilation terminated.

Add udev into DEPENDS to avoid build failures.

meta-virtualization

This layer provides support for building Xen, KVM, Libvirt, and associated packages necessary for constructing OE-based virtualized solutions.
