The current default value for BB_PRESSURE_MAX_CPU is 500, which is
really low for most systems. Provide a value of 15000 which limits the
load average without being extremely slow either.
Provide similar values for BB_PRESSURE_MAX_IO and
BB_PRESSURE_MAX_MEMORY. Mention that these should be adjusted depending
on the need, and warn about the potential spam of messages when the
value is too low.

DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY is a very poorly designed interface and
is commonly abused. The challenge is that once it is set, by any
layer, it applies everywhere.
Some layers rely on this to get notification they need to update
bbappend files and having the behaviour change from inclusion of an
antisocial layer is not good.
In addition, showing warnings as an accepted thing on the console
devalues them and trains the user to ignore them. I want to steer us
away from this mindset.
We could extend the functionality and make it apply only to certain
layers, or only to certain appends but then we've basically re-invented
BBMASK.
Given all the above, we should drop support for BB_DANGLINGAPPENDS_WARNONLY
and direct anyone with issues to BBMASK instead.

This script takes one argument as input: an objects.inv which can be
gotten from doc/_build/html/objetcs.inv after running `make html`.
Note that this excludes from replacement terms that appear in section
titles as it requires refs to be changed too. This can be automated too
if need be but right now it looks a bit confusing to have an anchor link
(for sections) also have a term/reference link in it. I am not sure this
is desired today.

Even though, care should be taken to have the terms in the glossary
sources alphabetically ordered, it is possible some terms might be in
the wrong place.
