bb6ddc3691 Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script conversion:

scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory>

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

9cddc0a7a2 bash-completion.bbclass: add class 
Add bash-completion.bbclass which will package bash completion files in
a subpackage ${PN}-bash-completion. Use of this class will ensure
consitent handling of bash completions across recipes.
